Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest counseling techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience.
• Fluency in both English and Sinhala.
Relevant certification or licensure in mental health counseling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
